The Miramare penthouse is part of a recently built villa at about 200 meters from the sea. It is located in a quiet place, where the colours of the Mediterranean maquis and the perfume of myrtle and strawberry trees will surround you throughout your holiday. The big indoor terrace is built in a typical Sardinian style and boasts a beautiful view over the gulf of Arbatax and the calcareous and granitic mountain on the back. The double room’s balcony ensures a fine view as well. The Penthouse can accommodate a couple and a child. The kitchen’s entrance is immediately after 4 steps and the kitchenette will ensure savoury dishes. At the end of the flat, there is a bathroom with a washbasin, WC, bidet and a shower. It’s the best choice for those who like to spend their holidays in perfect relaxation, face to face with nature and with a stunning view over the sea.

Final cleaning 30 euro. Disinfestation in case of animals 55 euro. Bed linen renting 10 euro/person x change. During winter, the use of heating will be calculated separately.
