The site offers a panoramic view over the town center, Baunei’s Supramonte and Tortoli’s plain. The house plant is of 85square meters while the indoor porch counts 13square meters. The bedroom area on the back of the villa consists of a double room, a two-bed room and a small double bedroom that has a balcony with a view over the Supramonte. The bathroom is provided with a shower, bidet, wash basin and a W.C. and separates the bedroom from the kitchen area. This well furnished and functional kitchen has direct access to the porch characterized by two Sardinian granite columns. The terrace is shaded by oleanders and age-old olive tree and looks over the garden. It’s the right place to enjoy open air during long summer days.
