"Chiaro di Luna" - City: Baunei

Baunei. A four roomed flat on the second floor. 6 beds. A double room, a two-bed room and a  second double room, kitchen + kitchenette, toilet and an indoor terrace. The “Chiaro di Luna” flat is located in a residence at only 4000mt from the Sea and can boast a panoramic view of 180° over the high part of Ogliastra and a partial view over the gulf of Arbatax. The name of the flat comes from the idea of a tourist who was fascinated by the colors that the moon gave to the entire landscape that he used to admire while sitting in the terrace facing north-east. The bedroom area can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of 2 two-bed rooms and a double room. Between the rooms, there is a bathroom provided with a WC, bidet, a shower and a granite washbasin. After a small vestibule you enter into a wide kitchen well supplied with household appliances in order to prepare savoury dishes. The kitchen has a direct entrance in the special terrace of about 18 square meters. The ceiling is covered by a hand interlaced cane-brake which is supported by chestnut beams with extremities that touch a monk made by one of the best artisans of the area. The terrace is ideal for eating in the open air and has a direct entrance in the garden. It is embellished by the presence of grapevines and fig plants. Just a bit further, you’ll find a nice outdoor fireplace that is ideal to grill savoury dishes. “Chiaro di Luna” is the ideal solution for those families that like to spend their holiday in peace and in one of the most charming and peaceful corners of Sardinia, far away from mass tourism and close to Sardinia’s traditional culture.

The presence of animals is subject to agreement with the owner. Vehicle not needed.

3 days minimum stay. Arrival is admitted in any day. July and August 2 week minimum stay.

Final cleaning 40 euro. Disinfestation in case of animals 50 euro. Bed linen renting 10 euro/person x change. During winter, the use of heating will be calculated separately. Prices for 4 people. Fifth person + 50 Euros. Fifth and sixth person + 100 Euros.
