Santa Maria Navarrese. A small villa on the ground floor. 4 beds. Two bedrooms, a kitchen + kitchenette, a toilet and an outdoor porch. The “Corbezzolo” flat is the best solution for those who demand the maximum from their lodging. The idea of this flat derives from a thorough research of typical Sardinian style and it is surrounded by a wide green garden, where a façade made of stone combines with the granite rock used for the flat’s bastion. The ceiling is made of canes and is supported by juniper beams which guarantee healthy air and a fresh place ideal in summer time. The name of the flat derives from the strawberry-tree that has grown spontaneously on the right and shades the kitchen’s front porch. Inside the kitchen, there is a kitchenette, and a table. Just after the vestibule, you enter in the bedroom area which consists of a double room, a two-bed room and a bathroom provided with a WC, bidet, wash basin and a semicircular shaped shower. From a small access area, you enter in a second porch that faces east and is surrounded by the typical Mediterranean landscape. This place is ideal if you want to spend your holiday in absolute relax or taste savoury dishes surrounded by the perfumes of myrtle, rosemary and strawberry-trees. Furthermore, there is a spectacular terrace on the roof from where you can enjoy an astonishing view over the sea while you are comfortably lying down on the sun bed.

Final cleaning 40 euro. Disinfestation in case of animals 55 euro. Bed linen renting 10 euro/person x change. During winter, the use of heating will be calculated separately.
